Prior to 1995 Waipahi Transport Ltd was owned by Jim and John Popenhagen and Clinton Transport Ltd was owned by Les McKenzie.
In 1995 the two depots merged to become what it is today - Clinton Waipahi Holdings Ltd owned in partnership with Clutha Valley Transport Ltd, Dynes Transport (Tapanui) Ltd, Ken Thompson and Stuart Moffat. In 2003 Stuart Moffat sold his shares.
Early 2006 saw Clutha Valley Transport sell their shares and now the company is owned in partnership with Dynes Transport (Tapanui) Ltd, Ken Thompson and Anton Hoffman.
Ken Thompson is the Manager of the Clinton depot and Anton Hoffman is the Manager of the Waipahi depot. |
