Dunedin Carrying Co Ltd was formed in 1955 as a family business and for the past two years has been owned by shareholders Campbell Gilmour and Dynes Transport (Tapanui) Ltd. Campbell is the General Manager of the company. While the company was a general carrier for about 35 years, it started carting logs about 16 years ago and soon after specialised solely in the forestry sector. It runs 20 truck and trailer units, involving a range of Mitsubishis and Kenworths. |
