Des recently joined Dynes as the Cadet Manager for the newly rolled out Cadet Scheme.
Des recently worked on Transporters, moving machinery all around Otago mainly for forestry contractors, and prior to that he worked for Dunedin Carrying for seven years running a stem truck operation. He has also had experience driving log trucks, cart transporters and tow trucks around New Zealand.
His Iwi is Ngati Whatua and his home town is Te Kopuru, Northland. Des has been living in Otago for about fourteen years now and loves it.
Des is keen to get the Cadet Scheme running well and to see the young people that come through go on to have successful careers within the Dynes Group.
