Phil Caulton

General Manager - Forestry

Phil has a vast amount of experience in forestry and port logistics, initially beginning work "on the ground floor" as a labourer for the NZ Forestry Service. He has always been attracted to the extremely competitive, hardworking fast paced nature of the transport industry and logistics.

After being instrumental in helping several business expand their logistics-based operations over the years, Phil had the opportunity to work together with Peter Dynes to submit a successful tender for log marshalling work at Port Dunedin, and now Phil is an important part of the Dynes team.

Phil says "Over the last 10 years I have really come to understand the importance of sound leadership and I get enormous satisfaction in mentoring and developing staff and seeing them succeed in their roles". "Similarly, for Dynes", he says, "it's all about the people".

Peter is a young and innovative leader, he is always thinking about the future and coming up with ways to be more efficient and to solve problems for his customers.

Malcolm Payne has been driving trucks for most of his working life and now has the enviable task of managing all of Dynes' drivers and trucks.

Owain has a long and proven history in the trucking and primary industries, which began on a Bedford TK on a sheep farm then onto truck and trailers whilst working at a large meat processor in West Wales.

You could say Tony has been involved with wheels for over two decades, working for a commercial fleet tyre service company prior to joining the team at Dynes.

From a family that has been involved in the transport industry longer than he can remember, Allister Marshall grew up with diesel in his blood.

Martin has a long and successful history in the transport industry. He is quick to acknowledge that the technology and systems used by Dynes are what makes them leaders in the industry.

Raewyn Henderson

Health & Safety Compliance Manager

Raewyn Henderson has been with Dynes for over 10 years and leads and manages Health & Safety for all our companies.

Grant Taylor (Herm)

Grant has always loved trucks and remembers as a kid watching big blue Dynes' trucks rolling past. Not surprisingly then Grant has long been involved with the transport industry.

Des recently joined Dynes as the Cadet Manager for the newly rolled out Cadet Scheme. He is keen to get the Cadet Scheme running well and to see the young people that come through go on to have successful careers within the Dynes Group.
