The Australasian Fleet Champions Awards 2021, sponsored by Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, recognise the achievements of those working to help reduce the number of road crashes involving at-work drivers.
Dynes Transport was awarded Highly Commended in two hotly contested categories coming out ahead of a large number of entries in both. Dynes Transport was highly commended in the Safe Vehicles Award category and highly commended in the Company Driver Safety Award sponsored by SurePlan.
These awards show there is great industry recognition that Dynes Transport has a safety performance that is up there with the best of them.
The Company Driver Safety Award recognises organisations that have implemented initiatives that effectively enable drivers to be safe. Judges will also award education and awareness-raising initiatives about safe driving that extend beyond employees to their families.
The Safe Vehicles Award recognises organisations that have improved the safety and environmental impact of vehicles used on behalf of their business. These safety awards also recognise efforts to replace vehicle fleets with improved models, fit additional safety components to vehicles, and manage maintenance procedures in line with manufacturer recommendations are recognised.
